From Route 40 East:

Take I-40 East to exit 416 ( I-40 west ) to421 S. Follow 421 to 74/76/17. Follow until 17 splits off toward Shallotte/Myrtle Beach> Stay in the left lane and turn left at the 2nd light onto Ploof Rd.  Rite Aid on the right.

From the South:

Follow 17 north about ½ mile past mile post 43.  Take a right on Ploof Road.  Rite Aid on left.

From the West:

Follow 17/74/76 thru Wilmington to route 17 south and exit toward Myrtle Beach and Shallotte.  Turn left at the 2nd light. Rite Aid on the right.

From the East:

Follow 17/74/76 thru Wilmington and over the bridge to 17 south toward Myrtle Beach.  Turn left at the 2nd light. Rite Aid on the right.
